Lynne is brilliant, very knowledgeable and friendly. She talks you through what she is doing and helps you understand what is causing the issues. Highly recommended.

Lynne is excellent. She is very professional and knowledgeable and took her time getting to know me, asking lots of questions about to figure out my needs. She could tell just by looking at me that I work in an office and rarely stretch out! I've suffered with headaches for years and I can honestly say, I was relieved after my first visit. Lynne made sure to check that there was no pain and that I was comfortable throughout the massage. It was relaxing but she also worked into the muscles that were tight. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will continue to use her.

Visited on multiple occasions now and had great service every time. Went originally for an issue with my lower back, issue was diagnosed quickly by Lynne and explained the reason behind the diagnosis. I have just finished my third session with Lynne over a 5 week period. After booking in for help with a long term shoulder injury she had to address a back problem first.After very professional assessment she got down to treatment, firstly on my back and then shoulder.Over the course of the few sessions I've had and following her advice on exercise and stretching techniques my back is in really good shape and shoulder problem improving.Her knowledge is first class and she's able to explain the mechanics of anatomy in very simple and understandable terms.I would highly recommend if you're needing  treatment for an injury or just to compliment a training regime to keep everything in check.

Lynn is amazing. I have been to other sports massage therapists in the past and it has been “No pain no gain” but Lynn manages to get the same or even better results with a lot less discomfort! She is so friendly and lovely and I would recommend her to anyone looking for this kind of therapy!
