I highly recommend this osteopath. I suffered from shoulder, arm and wrist pain for a while and have tried many things to relieve the pain. It affected my sleep and general activities throughout the day. I decided to book an appointment with Vicky. In my first visit she realigned my shoulder using deep massage, gentle manipulation and acupuncture. She gave clear explanations on my diagnosis and talked me through the treatment process every step of the way. At the end of the first session I was given strengthening and flexibility exercises to help develop the affected areas. After just one visit I noticed a huge difference; the pain had almost completely disappeared. I will certainly be using her services again in the future.

It always causes slight anxiety when you move from one long time trusted practitioner to a new one. However Vicky was just so lovely and warm. She made it so easy to relax. On top of being a thoroughly lovely person, she is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything that was happening and was very gentle yet very effective. I walked out feeling great!

Being tall with a desk based job I have suffered for years with a back neck/ back - Since I started being treated by Vicky I can really feel the difference and feel so much stronger in my spine. I love the amount of hands-on time you get with her and she is always so professional. I highly recommend
