A fabulous find! Alex at Freedom IT came to our rescue and unlike all previously used IT Support providers gave complete satisfaction to his expertise, breadth of knowledge and deliverability. Unlike most IT providers they didn't need to stretch time taken or cover for lack of knowledge to justify costs. Alex is quite simply wonderful...He took the time and made the effort to make several phone calls to contact me after my initial approach. When we did finally get to talk he connected my computer to his and talked me through everything that he was doing, keeping it nice and simple. He left me with the knowledge to sort out my particular problem in future for which I am extremely grateful. I had really struggled to find anyone to help so I highly recommend Alex and Freedom IT Solutions and will be keeping his contact details for the future.

Alex gave us quite superb service - supplied and installed a new PC for us along with all the latest software. He then took time to talk us through the software until we were au fait with it, and was available on the phone to cover any issues as they arose. Quite a few months ago I was given Alex's name from a friend, as I was being scammed by someone in Africa, and I got into a mess. But Alex came charging in like a Knight on horseback, and sorted that situation!He has been available for smaller issues, helping with a new router and my Plusnet provider.
