I have been using this garage for my trusted red Honda Civic for the past 5 years. I have had great service and never let down, any works and MOTs are carried out efficiently and the costs are always reasonable. Highly recommended using them as your go to for car maintenance

On both occasions I rang up on the day and had my car back in the afternoon.I have been having some car troubles recently and Peter has been very friendly and helpful, giving me an explanation of the issue, how it was rectified. I will definitely be coming back in future for car servicing and repairs. 10/10

I get my MOT and annual service done at a well known company and for the past two years I have been advised by them that the front discs and brakes really do need changing. As a low mileage user I hadn’t thought it essential but in anticipation of this years MOT asked Peter at Autocraft to do the job. I’d used him last year for a repair and was very impressed with price and professionalism. I booked the job in, dropped the car off and then got a call from Peter asking why I wanted work done that really didn’t need doing and although there would be some improvement in performance the job really wasn’t essential and the car would get through its MOT. I asked him to carry on. If you want an honest assessment, a service provider with integrity and a professional job at a very fair price then Peter at Autocraft is your man.

I would like to say a big thank you to Peter from AUTOCRAFT (HORN LANE) for his expertise and speed in repairing my 2 cars for the last 7 years+ ..From diagnostics to identifying complex problems in electronics I couldn't be more happy with his work. For my first car I needed a complete engine rebuilt and some other bits and bobs, time was pressing as I used that car for commuting, Peter went above and beyond to have it all done within 10 days (given that there are other cars waiting / worked on).As for the second car we've changed suspension, worked on clutch/flywheel and again I can say that the work was immaculate.Autocraft (Horn Lane) is definitely my go to Garage for any repairs.Highly recommended! Don't take any notice of the one star review you'll see. I saw the same thing and I was hesitant too. But I bit the bullet, called Autocraft and they were absolutely terrific with me. I'm a new driver with no knowledge about cars, I had an issue with my brakes and wasn't sure how to move forward in my situation. Both George (& the other guy I couldn't quite catch the name) are great to chat to, showed me through every problem the car was having and gave me a very honest assessment. The best thing is, they were closing up and still took the hour out to check out my car.Moral of the story: don't mind the bogus fake one star reviews, these guys are terrific, and if you need your car serviced for whatever reason I can't recommend these guys enough!!

This was a bit of a shot in the dark. I came to Peter without an appointment, needed my car attended to urgently due to an issue with my handbrake. Peter was amazing in giving me trust and confidence about his expertise with German cars, especially VW and Audi. He told me to leave the car with him and began his diagnostics. At every step he was phoning me to ask for approval before doing any work and kept me updated by even sending me photos. It turned out I needed a new handbrake and I thought the part would arrive the next day at the earliest (meaning another day out of the office). Petros worked magic to get the part the same day by actually going to pick it up himself. He then worked late to fit the part, reassemble my car’s dashboard and get me back on the road by the evening. I left his garage at 7pm with a huge smile on my face. By far the BEST garage in West London and the BEST customer service and expertise I have ever experienced from a garage to this day. Very impressed!!
