The prices when they scan are nearly double what is written. I confronted them about this and they just shrug their shoulders asking if we want the product at the higher price or not. Ridiculous and never will shop here again. I initially thought I would support a small shop like this instead of going Sainsbury's but not anymore!

Not too impressed with this store, too expensive, always cluttered and since I have often seen the milk outside of the fridges I wonder what other bad practices they've used on products. Staff seem to not care either. There's also a card charge under £2 which can be annoying if you just want one item. The only positive is they always have bread where others are sold out

In full lockdown, no checking customers for masks. Is your responsibility to offer your customers protection.Today, no-one in the shop from customers had a mask!!P.SPrices somethimes are bigger at the till than on shelves.But the guys are really really nice. Always polite and respectful

Expensive, too small, the usual convenience store thing.Staff can’t even really be bothered you enter the store. They are usually on the phone with someone.And dont forget no card payment under 2£There should be more shops in this area, but not small off licences!

Its been 4 years since my original post regarding deliverys and parking issues with your drivers THIS is no longer the issue.THE ONLY 2 MANNERABLE WORKERS ARE:MANAGER of whom Ive known since he got the space and THE SMALLEST ASIAN WORKER.APART FROM THOSE 2 THE REST ARE MISERABLE MEN...... ESPECIALLY THE TALL LANKY ONE!!!!As men of God u wud expect a HELLO back ESPECIALLY when u say it in Arabic.This worker never says hello bac or thank you ONLY THE SMALL WORKER.THE TALL ONE NEEDS TO GO!Management: As a customer of what 9 yrs I am disappointed in the way you are running this store compared to the other FRIENDLY branches, you are apart of a chain of stores and its now showing that all you care about is the income on the 3 units u own here. I suggest NEWLY TRAINED STAFF WHO HAVE TAKEN A COURSE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NEEDED BEFORE ALL THE RESIDENTS STOP USING THE 3 UNITS U OWE.WITHOUT US RESIDENTS YOU HAVE NO INCOME HERE.DRY CLEANERSCHICKEN SHOPNISAIts 2023 you have enough money made by these 3 units to FULLY train your staff!Thank god for Naems!!!?I wouldn't be surprised if Home Office does a visit to ensure no slave trading is going on or if some of these workers are legally here?

The cash machine in the shop is scamming money, withdrew £20 + the fee and had £132 taken from my account.My bank has rectified the issue but do not use this machine.

Very convenient because there aren't loads of shops in the areas. Theres a Sainsbury's near by as well. Better option when they are open buy Nisa is unbeatable in opening times. Near City Airport and always a good call for a quick snack and assorted. Best thing is they don't charge you extra for using your bank card. Well done.

Good range of products but staff speak behind your back in a different language. Customers don't want to be talked about! For people with MH issues this creates anxiety. It is not a good impression. When will the shop have a computer Till system?
