Prettify Nails & Beauty

I had gone here never having my nails done before and was told that gel extensions were the way to go. I had them done and they looked great but lasted 5 days when told they would last 3 weeks. I was extremely disappointed that I paired £35 for nails that would last not even a week.

Absolutely fantastic service and nails. Greta is the best nail technician in the north west. Just Fabulous!

I always have my nails done by the lovely Holly. She is absolutely amazing and anything I ask for she does to the highest standard. The service is always excellent and the other girls are all so welcoming. My nails never chip and last weeks! Very impressed.

This evening, the lovely Holly spent a considerable amount of time removing some acrylic nails from my hands and sprucing up my natural nails. It was such a calming, friendly environment and the staff team really care about their clients. Very refreshing! I'll definitely be back. :)

Such a lovely experience!! 100% recommend this shop. We rang last minute to book in and they were very accommodating. I’m feeling like a princess all ready for my wedding day. Thank you so much. We’ll be back xx

Edited in response to owner response:Visited here when Hollie did my nails who was amazing. Hollie it appears has now left. Booked in with Greta. I was late due to no fault of my own, but due to roadworks through Denton and Hyde. Absolutely zero customer service. Greta cancelled my appointment. In fact, locked up the salon so I couldn't even enter. Tried phoning to inform I was late and number wouldn't connect. Had to contact via Facebook. Greta claimed she had been sat waiting for me; i drove past her as I was parking up. So when she messaged to say she was waiting, I was stood outside her locked up shop whilst she was inside somewhere. Extremely poor customer service. I do not doubt she has talent regarding the quality of her nails. But her customer service is extremely poor. Wouldn't mind, but I've been kept waiting 20 mins when I've been previously, but she was happy to cancel my appointment. But I guess her inflated prices will make up for my 'no show'. Wouldn't return if you paid me. Real shame, as Hollie was lovely.****In response to comments made, I tried phoning the salon several times to notify of my lateness but the number was out of service. I even got my son to attempt to call from home in case my phone was the issue; it wasnt. I contacted via messenger as I was stuck in traffic in Hyde. The message wasn't rude but was short as despite me being in my car, I felt it important to let Greta know I would be late. The comments made by Greta in response to my review say more about her than they do about me, especially insinuating I can't afford the prices. Paying the prices for good service is not an issue. Paying the prices for poor customer service is.

Just had my nails done by Greta. Absolutely brilliant. She paid more attention to my nails and cuticle then michaelangelo did to the sistine Chapel. Couldn't recommend enough!
