CELL FIX

Had a crack in my screen, but everything else worked. Took my phone here to fix, screen has been fixed (although the screen has a slight bluey tinge, something I can look past as it’s not too noticeable).The speaker on my phone now doesn’t work, it has a rattle which makes phone calls impossible. I’ve taken my phone back to the shop for them to fix, but the shop assistant couldn’t careless, said it had nothing to do with them. I quite literally made a phone call using this phone moments before getting it fixed and the speaker worked fine. Had screen fixed in ‘cell fix’ and now it doesn’t work.Bad customer service, no solutions offered and I now have a phone that I can’t use for phone calls.I regret having been here

These individuals do not understand consumer law! “Repaired” my phone. Replaced the battery, The battery didn’t hold charge, over heated. They tried declining me a refund until I proved I’m entitled to a refund via the Gov website showing them consumer law. AVOID!!
