They can never redeliver my missed parcels. They lost one and found it flat in the back of one of their vans. Now another item that was due to be delivered and I've not receive it again.

Picked things up from here and the people are good at what they do however the opening time to collect parcels are not very good and good be looked at further to accommodate the community a lot better not many people can access it first thing in the morning. Shame really.

ashmore park royal mail depot waste of time, mail is going missing, and not getting delivered as the local postmen havn't got fobs to get into some of the blocks of flats on the estate, if the postman can't get in a block, then the whole block has no mail .. which means letters are longer in transit and getting lost

Post is being delivered to neighbours and it has my correct address and name on, if they are supposed to be post delivery people then should learn to bloody read address properly. Hopefully this stops happening as pathetic, think sometimes they're busy looking at their phone instead of working, get this sorted out as disgusting.

Always had problems with this office. In fact, I've never liked RM at all.They're difficult to get through to and aren't customer friendly.A liar who works for them has marked my next day delivery as 'delivered' when it hasnt arrived. No red card left either.Just wish companies I purchase from would stop using them already.I work and don't have time to be driving to the delivery office to find out where my parcel is all because someone can't do their job.How dare they skip my parcel just to save them time when I paid to receive it today?What a horrible person - now I expect a refund from the company I purchased from for my NDD fee.

You miss your delivery because your at work, opening hour to collect parcels have changed to 8am till 2pm when your at work well done post office this really makes sense
