Made a phone order the lady said 35 mins for collection when we arrived it was over 45 mins and the food still wasn’t ready. There’s a very small looking staff member a girl in there and she’s one of the rudest unwelcoming bad mannered members of staff at a fast food restaurant I have ever met clearly doesn’t know how to speak to customers . I would definitely not be going back in there again. Pitty really as the burger meal I ordered was nice.

I’ve been recommended by someone I’ve been told it’s better than Nando’s unfortunately it was a bad experience.they served food in a paper plates no proper cutlery’s the mayonnaise served It was water down and mango chutney. It was waste of time and waste of money. I will never go back again if they offered me free food.

First time trying here last night and oh boy it did not disappoint. We got the family combo and the whole chicken was so tender and juicy. We went with extreme heat on the wings and they did have a good kick! Very good alternative to Nando's if you're craving that peri peri flavour. 5 stars to you ✨️

excellent dining in experience!!!! Food was absolutely lovely i ordered the full grilled peri peri chicken which was scrumptious. I have to say the customer service was amazing and one lady in particular was running around making sure everything was ready for the customers while some male workers were just talking amongst themselves. Would absolutely return.

ordered full chicken on uber eats.they charged £16.99 for a chicken totally overpriced.when it arrived i had asked for hot. they sent the chicken in a bag and it was drowned in sauce. i opened the bag and half the bag was full of sauce. and the chicken was under cooked.its been 2 hours since eating some and i feel nausia sick.please stay away from this place.feel like ive been poisened.

The food was nice as always but it took so long for the order to be ready. I was the only person in the store for at least 10 min and I only got my order (chicken and rice) after 20min!!!!

After a stressful visit to the nearby hospital, we decided to get some food before getting back holentk Haslingden. Good food, quiet atmosphere, clean and friendly. Highly recommend, their chips are the best I've ever had.
