Ordered bathroom fixtures and fittings from Clifton Trade Bathrooms after recommendation from bathroom installer. Service so far has been excellent from Amy who contacted us to book in to have our bathroom measured by Rob. Rob went out of us way to help us choose the fixtures and fittings, which is essential when there is so much choice and it can be overwhelming.

Here’s the short version with names redacted. I placed an order on the 30th of September and I’m still yet to receive all the items 5 months on. I have wasted so much time calling Clifton Trade Bathrooms to chase the order, which has arrived in dribs and drabs (and delivered to my home address as promised when the order was placed). The final piece of the order has arrived at their showroom and they are now suggesting that I come to collect the item as it will cost them £50 in delivery fees. You’d think that (5 months on) they would recognise the terrible level of service I’ve experienced and quickly deliver the item to me. I don’t like writing bad reviews however in this instance the customer service I’ve experienced at all levels of the business has been appalling.

Dan has been great and helped us find products to fit within our budget. He was very patient and friendly despite my husband and I taking a long while to make choices and decisions on final products.

I went into the branch last week and was so impressed with both the products on offer and the staff. Pete Booth and his team were extremely helpful and took time out to go over all my queries. I am not a tradesperson but this didn't matter. The gentleman behind the counter (who is training) was exceptionally professional and couldn't do enough for us. I have been to many tile & bathroom stores but the service here was second to none I ended up buying from Clifton Trade Bathrooms. The quality was better than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend them and will be buying from there from now on. Thank you Pete for taking the time to help me with all my questions.

Our plumber recommended CTB and really pleased he did. Greg offered great advice on which products would best suit our needs and nothing was too much trouble. The bathroom fixtures we ordered look fantastic and are excellent quality. Brilliant!
