Belle went above and beyond in my mind when it came to service. I called about an ex display item on the website and she immediately took several photos of it and a video to assure me of the condition that it was in. I purchased it over the phone the next day and she followed up with a phone call about the lengthy delivery lead times and wanted to ensure I was okay with that and then said she'd check with the team responsible to see if any earlier slot was available. An asset to the BoConcept team she is!

The experience at the new BoConcept at Sterling Tillicoultry was altogether great.Claire Monteith was extremely helpful as my husband has a physical disability and took that into account during our purchase, allowing us to feel at ease.We never felt pressured of time or sales and was informed from the outset the day of delivery which is always very important ! The delivery men were both very punctual & courteous and carried out installation and fabric protection application/ information precisely.We would definitely recommend Claire Monteith.She is an experienced sales person , who listens intently and who knows all the beautiful products that will suit your needs.
