Bought the chalk aria chair which was delivered promptly and in excellent condition, no damage whatsoever. Extremely pleased with my purchase.

Perfect experience from start to finish, I ordered a complete new set of bedroom furniture and was astonished by the quality of these items for the price. The ordering process was so simple, and I received brilliant customer service. They communicated with me throughout the entire process, and everything got delivered on time. They delivered with their own van, and the guys were lovely and so helpful putting everything into my chosen room! The bed was really easy to put together, and the furniture looks great. I love that it's all unique pieces you wouldn't find elsewhere. Definitely will order again and fully recommend!

I’ve purchased two sets of chairs from My furniture and both have been great. I bought 6 dining chairs and 3 bar stools. They are good quality and very easy to put together, I would highly recommend them :)

Avoid absolutely shocking and disgraceful customer services, they lie out their teeth. Unprofessional.A few days ago went in to have a look at 6 dining chairs and 2 bar stools as seen online, the sample they showed us was completely different to the website. So Chan the sales manager advised we buy our own material as they are upholstered on site in the UK in Sandiacre where their showroom is based. He advised we would get the standard 10% off as well extra discount as we will be providing our own material. ( Due to them advertising online a colour which was completely different in real life as it was the roll they purchased and they needed to use it up). I wasted my time looking for material buying samples to then purchasing 18 metres as Chan ( Sales Manager) advised. I went in today and took the roll of material waited over 15 minutes for a staff member to come down to speak to us as Chan was on a break. Over and hour back and forth and making us wait around told you they have bad news. They can not give any discount and we have to wait till end of January because with in a few days rules have changed. 2 different people came down and said different things, Michael came down and said they do not make the chairs in site anymore, Chan said they do initially when we went but then said today to make them in the UK it costs more, contracting themselves andLies. Avoid them ripping people of and scamming people with their lies!!! Never seen such unprofessional people in my life.

I bought a white gloss floating shelve from my furniture and I’m very happy with delivery and quality of product.It was packaged well. I particularly like the soft close runners which makes the table feel more expensive than it actually was. It had very good stencil to mark the wall and was easy to fit. Assembly wasn’t required as arrived pre built. Very happy with the purchase

I contacted the seller severel times before purchasing and they were very helpful. I received my order on time and I love my chairs.

Cannot recommend my-furniture more. We have bought several items ranging from dining furniture to living room furniture and everytime it has been first class. Not only do they carry the majority of items in stock but delivery is made within a couple of days. I have recommended them to several friends who have also gone on to receive the exact same first class service.Highly recommend my-furniture to anyone thinking about using this company

Awful customer experience. I arrived yesterday at approx 3.30pm after a 130 mile trip and the lady who was working could not be further away from a good customer service representative. There was no Hi or Hello, in fact i wasn't even aware she was a member of staff. She constantly avoided customers and when I rang the bell to ask her questions she was unsure of any information. We were prepared to spend a large sum this day (which we told the member of staff, she did not care) however after this experience we decided to return home. I have read another review and before I see a response from My Furniture disputing this, feel free to watch the CCTV at approx 4pm and you will see me physically ask the camera what on earth is going on with my hands in the air. We weren't the only ones in the show room at the time, another couple with children arrived and again your staff member ran into the back office and was very unhelpful with them... I heard them say as much. I was thoroughly disappointed as prior to this day we spoke to a gentlemen on the phone previously who was helpful and assured us he could sort us with a deal on a large purchase order which is why we committed to the long trip up! Absolute waste of time. Do not bother travelling up there.
