Booked flu and COVID vaccine on NHS app with Heathlane listed as a dual vaccine site. Attended early for appointment and told I had only booked for flu vaccine. Showed the confirmation text booking for both and then told it was actually never possible to do both.

Excellent and friendly service. Very thoughtful team and always ready to help.

Would of rated 0 stars if I could.. booked covid and flu vaccine and was sent an appointment for both, when I got there got told they could only do covid not the flu jab even though they had them there and I showed my appointment for both. The guy was sarcastic when I said I couldn’t come back as I’m on nights, saying “what do you work 7 days a week”. Also I had to correct him on filling my form in about something quite significant to which he said oh I was going to go back to it then changed it straight away. I felt so uncomfortable with him after and wouldn’t use them again for vaccines.

Great pharmacy nothing is too much trouble. Friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent private consultation room to be able speak privately to gain advice
