Brighton's Murder Mystery - Escape Room

We really enjoyed the escape room and would definitely recommend for a fun activity! The challenges were hard enough that we almost ran out of time but just about made it. Phaedra is a great host, helping us out a couple of times with clues!

24th Oct 10:45amMe and my partner did the escape room Saturday night and loved it. Having never done this before, we had no idea what to expect. Will, the host greeted us and gave us an outline of what we needed to do and the storyline. We were then shown to a room, where we had to solve clues to reveal the identity of the murderer! We were clueless to begin with! Literally! But we're given hints if needed and after a while settled in and really enjoyed piecing it all together. The room and music created a great atmosphere and we managed to solve the mystery with 3 seconds to spare! We would totally recommend this as an interesting and fun activity to do as a couple, or as a family or with a group of friends.

So much fun- A great last min plan!Will and the team present were all friendly and hosted very well. The escape room itself is set up really well! Also the ghost who appears to help is definitely friends with Casper the friendly ghost (thanks for all the help)! Recommend to anyone!

Great escape room built around a compelling story. We had a fab time and loved the attention to detail throughout the experience. Was challenging, but achievable. Good pub to make a night of it too with the racetrack and arcade games. Defo recommend!

It was the first time I went to an escape room, and I was so pleased! Sasha was incredibly accommodating, and played her role well throughout our time in the room. The room was difficult enough that we almost ran out of time, but not so difficult that we were totally stuck. Overall the haunted vibes were amazing!!! Would recommend to everyone. 10/10Will who manages the escape room was an absolute angel and we really can't thank Sasha and Will enough.

Loved it!! First murder mystery style escape room I’ve done and it was fantastic! The right balance of tricky but not so tricky that it was completely impossible! The puzzles were really fun and I loved the music, it really egged you on!! The host was great and loved the characters she incorporated!

Came to Murder at the Party for a spooky Halloween experience after our ghost tour was cancelled and it's safe to say it didn't disappoint. My friend Mia and I had an absolute blast trying to find the murderer! The décor was amazing, the clues were a good level of difficulty (we may have received a few clues from a pesky ghost) and it got the grey matter going. We are already looking at doing the others at Presuming Eds and I've told everyone they have to visit.. Well worth a trip!

Excellent puzzles in the escape room (although technically it's a murder mystery of course). Will was fantastic in explaining what was required. A ghost" also appeared during proceedings in case we were missing something blindingly obvious. The tension built along with the music. All in all a fantastic experience!"

We had so much fun doing this escape room! It ticked all the boxes - it was fun, challenging, spooky and immersive. Loved the creative puzzles and the use of multiple rooms. Phaedra was a great host and made the experience more interactive by dressing up as a character in the times when helping us. I would 100% recommend going here as it’s suitable for all levels of experience (as the host is available to help when needed). It is also in such a great location - surrounded by games and puzzles in the pub, making it ideal to make a whole trip out of it!
