Every time I've needed help the entire team have been wonderful. The compassion showed to us as a family when we lost our wonderful daisy was amazing and gratefully received.

Lovely vets who genuinely care about your pets. I've unfortunately had a lot of visits to Bray House over the past couple of years and they have always been fabulous

Zero stars Zero care ..My cat was sent home with me she was so weak/underweight (half her supposed weight ) it was unbelievable asked for her to go on a drip or some treatment and died a slow and painful death in my arms after ringing them for advice asking vet to ring me back for advice she said she would be happy to give via phone previously I asked about euthanasia to end her suffering peacefully but vet was so keen to get her on meds ca-ching in the till It was so traumatic for me watching my cat suffer in my arms going thru and awful painful passing that could have been avoided if the vet was more honest about her condition

Took one of my cat's Thomas, he's a very nervous boy, although he's 15 this was only his 4th visit! I've been very fortunate with his health and I'm touching wood!! Unlike his brother Oliver. Nina was very gentle with him and diagnosed my suspicions..hay fever! He seemed quite relaxed really, he jumped down and had a nosie around the room. All in all I was very happy with the way he was treated, the diagnosis and the treatment for the hay fever. Would definitely recommend! Thankyou Nina and Bray House

The vet's and staff are so kind, caring, compassionate and friendly towards us and our fur babies. They are very welcoming and my dog's actually love going there. That means everything to us. We would highly recommend.

I was visiting Grantham for a week. My Labrador had an accident and bent one of her nails badly and was in much discomfort. I phoned on Monday morning as soon as they opened and was offered an appointment immediately. The practice/surgery was clean and welcoming. Both the receptionist/nurse and Veterinary surgeon were very welcoming, friendly and professional. Betsi was treated with kindness and respect and her problem was sorted quickly. No upselling" of unnecessary drugs or treatment. Lots of friendly advice given afterwards. I was very happy with the fee

Bray house have been excellent over the past few months with our very much loved cat, they looked into every before we came to the conclusion he needed to be put to sleep, the vet who mostly delt with him was very caring right up until the end, unfortunately as a family we didn't get to say a proper goodbye, but I am so grateful he had this lady with him
