Really fast if you want to book appointment by the phone. I filled everything on the website, sent photos and after about 15 minutes doctor called me. I am aware that sometimes someone need face to face appointment, for me wasn't necessary. Prescription was sent to my local pharmacy straight away. I am really happy about the service.

The only issue I've had with this surgery is that I've had re-register me and one of my kids twice after moving. And I still wasn't able to order things for glucose monitoring through them as the letter from RVI went to my old GP. It's not necessarily the fault of this practice but it's very frustrating. I also had to ring 111 once and the letter from them went to my old practice again so I'm not even sure if that will be on my record now. However I've never had issues with getting an appointment for me and my husband and they are great with kids appointments and take things seriously, I was referred to RVI straight away for my son a few times.

Been with Broadway for 14 years was fantastic until they merged with Regent. Receptionists are very rude, takes ages to get through and when you do can never get an appointment! I do not recommend this surgery! Now they don’t offer same day appointments either so you have to predict when you’re going be unwell! Horrendous! Going to move

I wish there was no star option for this surgery. I am a doctor myself and for sure wouldn't recommend it for anyone at all..Receptionists don't pick calls at anytime of the day..and if your case needs urgent attention you will be forced to go to check whether they do exist or not. Luckily enough no matter how bad is your condtion there will be no same day telephone or face to face appointments and they won't be bothered to arrange anything for you to be seen at any nearby walk in clinics. Repeat prescriptions sounds like a big task for them. Basically if you are registered in this clinic be prepared for DIY health care. Pathetic ...

The receptionist is rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. How they still work there is beyond belief - most other organisations would sack this kind of rude and nasty person on the spot. This is what the NHS have become though. Disgraceful service from something that you Need at a time of Need. It's been this way for a long time and seems to be getting worse because no one has told her how to be professional and be nice. Disgusting excuse for a caring human being. Can't ever get an appointment either, and face to face appointment don't exist here now. Get yourself to another doctors, this so called medical centre are more interested in filing their nails than helping anyone and that includes the Doctors - if they actually have any on site, which I doubt at this point - probably all on the golf course since working from home started.Utter shambles of a medical centre and the staff are disgusting.

Been with Broadway for 30 years and always recommended it and the doctors were nothing but the way a Doctor should be. Since the merge to Regent it has been shambles. Impossible to find an appointment even if you call at 8. Pre booked appointments is an absolute joke and does not meet the needs of patients. I called on Friday for an appointment for my son but earliest appointment for his pain was Tuesday. I have rang to confirm the appointment as I did not receive a confirmation text, to be told the computer must not have saved the appointment. Thankfully on this occasion she has still managed to slot me in today. There have been times the prescriptions haven't been sent to me pharmacy. Trying to ring the surgery and speaking to someone is like getting blood out of a stone! I wish they would take on these concerns and do something!!

Would give no stars if posible.Cannot get appointment with doctor. My wife rang today, 31/07/23, 4 week wait for appointment. And yet still adverting to expand patient numbers. Been with this practice for 47 years, am seriously now looking for a new doctors practice. Why sent to 200 Osborne Road for a blood test??? Terrible service.

Weve used this practice for the kids for many years & loved their approach to encourage mainstream and complimentary health.Sadly things have really changed. My youngest daughter attended a GPs appointment recently & the GP took offence that I had given her a major brand b12 supplement that a previous GP at the surgery had encouraged us to use. She became very rude stating these supplemenyts are toxic & stated she was going to report this to social services. She went on & on stating that health food shops & supermarkets were selling toxic supplements that were making the public ill etc.Social services then gave me a call the following day & they were rather confused to the whole situation & are not getting involved.

My Gp at Broadway was great - i had nothing but admiration and respect for Doc Chaudry and his team and every interaction was a valued experience. After the merge with Regent every interaction at Regent I have had has left me cold wondering what is the point of a GP anymore. From Docs who don't refer anymore. Instead asking you to interact with an automated system. Have you ever heard an automated phone system try to offer genuine comfort. It is fake, disingenuous and leaves me sickened. Reception staffer who seems lost behind the desk. The dude can't even tune a radio to remove the crackle. He's a long way from being a functioning adult.I'm so disappointed with my GP that I'm using the pharmacy and walk in centres. If you are listening. When I now discuss topics in relation to GP's. My immediate and only response is 'my GP is sht, and no I wouldn't recommend'

Can’t ever get an appointment with a GP despite calling 4 days in a row, always get directed elsewhere. Only good thing about the place is the Doctors as they are friendly and helpful, when you EVENTUALLY get there
