James responded very promptly to our request for help and guidance when we unexpectedly lost a large branch from our horse chestnut tree. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy when advising us about the work required and the necessary course of action. He efficiently provided a written quote and gained the necessary planning permission. He also gave careful consideration to the health and safety of the team, the surroundings and property. James and his team members are all extremely skilled and carried out exemplary work to the highest standard of workmanship, reducing our rather awkward chestnut by three metres in height and spread. They efficiently removed the vast number of branches and thoroughly tidied up to the point that there was absolutely nothing indicating that any work had been carried out, other than a fantastically shaped and far healthier looking tree. James and his team have pollarded two large ash trees, one extremely large overhanging our neighbours bungalow this job took extreme care and precision they carried the work out with such professionalism and skill I would highly recommend Sanderson tree care, if you want any tree and hedge work Sanderson are the ones you want.
