Great information on the phone, professional service on collection, glass hire is free, and useful (no hassle) returns policy. Helped ad a little fizz to my mums 70th Birthday party. Definitely use them again, and definitely recommend them.

rude staff, about the car parking outside magestic.I have a ticket which I will not be paying due to the sign being just put up.. I would of happily moved my car.. baring in mind this staff member knows where I work?!?They blocked my in the car park with one of the staffs cars.. I then had to go into the store and ask why my car had been blocked in..I was rudely responded too! “Well you shouldn’t park your car stupidly”Then didn’t give me any explanation or that I was going to get a ticket.Disappointed..I will be informing many people to steer clear of majestic!

Fairly good selection of wines but on the odd occasions I go into Majestic I am always thoroughly irritated by the fact that the prices shown in large letters are the price you pay for 6 bottles. The single bottle prices are considerably more expensive and not particularly cheap.I shall try to remember not to go to Majestic again but I'll probably forget and then be thoroughly irritated again.[Edit]I have now placed several online orders with Majestic and my experience doing so has been pretty good. If you only buy one bottle the prices aren't at all competitive but I've had some reasonable bargains on Champagne (which is my main wine interest). I also had good personal service from the Skipton store and the range is good so I've bumped the score up from 3 to 4 stars.

Good place to buy good wine in bulk if that's what you're after. Prices depend on what you're buying. Parking outside. Just make sure you wait till you're home before consuming your purchase.
