Fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff are brilliant, just like chatting with an old friend. If you need it, these ladies will have it. My wife loves going into the shop.

Absolutely brilliant. I buy regularly from the Wool Ladies and did so before Sam went into the shop. I live in West Wales and my wool is sent to me. Wool is excellent quality and I look to them as friends. When this pandemic has slowed down I am going on a visit to the shop.Thankyou ladies.

The only wool shop is close enough to me. I got everything I needed, and the customer service was great. They even mentioned getting the tram back to West Bromwich.
