Always wanted somewhere in Poulton that offers high-quality healthy food in a hurry and at last it exists! When I go to the gym after work there's not always much time left for me to go home and start cooking so this is a perfect time saver for me. I'm not a big fan of most takeaway places because they are usually just junk food however this is quick and healthy so it's perfect! I had a chicken salad bowl and it was very reasonably priced, to say the least, I will 100% be coming back again - cannot recommend enough!

Went to greens yesterday for the first time and ordered 2 cajun chicken one with brocoli and the other with peppers and onions myself and the missus enjoyed it so much it will now be the in place to get food absolutely outstanding you can't get it any fresher and the flavours where amazing if you've never been you haven't lived .Clean faultless and friendly staffOnly down side I could only eat one if I had a bigger belly then would of had moreAnd they don't skimp on portions.

I love the heathy salads, and the other meals are pretty healthy and tasty too. There are only 2 tables for dining in, but most people do take-away. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that their hot drinks are very limited. You can get tea, but not coffee of any sort.
