Such a horrible experience I booked it 5 MONTHS ago for it to be changed without my consent to 2 months later on a day I can’t do for the woman at the front to speak to me like I was worthless telling me I didn’t check my emails when I had no email saying it’s been changed really needs sorting out made me look stupid infront of 6 other people!! Vile place

They are professional to the core. Still following the COVID-19 protocols and I find it very much appreciated. Staff at reception was very polite. I was there to attend the theory test of DVSA, they just explained the rules and made it comfortable and relaxed.A good pc allocated for the test with proper sitting and access to the peripherals, which is very much important in an exam.Dedicated parking lot is there.It was my first attempt and by God's grace, made it

Nice professional exam centre. It has locker near the reception to keep your personal belonging. You cannot take anything at all inside the exam room. It also has male & female toilet. Parking is limited so go there an hour before exam.

The staff here take their jobs VERY seriously. Do not try and contravene the rules in any way. Do not make a joke. Do not forget your ID. Do not turn up thirsty. Do not try to take a tissue into the exam room.Crikey.

Did my driving theory test here. The staff were nice enough, if not strict about all the rules you have to follow. It is a bit stupid though that there are signs saying you can't wait around inside the building after the testing is concluded - pretty crappy if your waiting for a lift/taxi and have to do so in the rain.

Really good centre. It is quite small, but the computers are lag-free and I had no technical issues. I sat the 2022 UCAT here and there were no issues with the calculator, the system, or noise.2023 update: passed my driving theory here and as usual, faultless admin and well-operated centre with no technical problems of any kind.
