Not impressed with service since staff have changed been trying to get through for 2 weeks to be told will ring you back no phone call had to drive to shop to be told left 2 messages on my phone . Not on my phone and then also my message not been passed on so they didn’t have a clue what I was talking about been going here for years

I have been to Hays on 3 different occasions now and will continue to use Hays as they are the best travel agents around.All of the staff at Hays Travel are absolutely fantastic and will always go the extra mile for you.*Special thanks to Julia for helping me plan my trips to Zermatt, Austria and the UAE, Even getting in contact with me out of hours to confirm that all of my personal bookings have gone through and everything has/is going as planned for my awfully late Abu Dhabi GP trip! (Austria was incredible, Thank you for your help!)
