Shirley has served me on two occasions at this store. I bought a wardrobe last year & a new bed frame this year. I went back to see her as she provided not only a good knowledgeable service, but friendly too. Selling a good product at a good price. Always a pleasure to do business with, made us feel valued.

Overall had a good experience with Bensons, front line staff including store, delivery drivers and customer service were great. Unfortunately we did have one failed delivery when not all the order was delivered when expected, hence why not 5 stars. ☹☺

Delighted with the choice of bed bases, divans and headboards, as well as a great range of mattresses. Chris served me - he was friendly, professional, and very helpful.

Avoid - we have had an appalling experience with Bensons for Beds. Went into store to find a mattress and ordered one. Lead time was three weeks.Mattress was delivered fine but when we removed the plastic wrapping, we found the mattress was sopping wet and smelt musty as it had clearly been left out in the rain. Complained and were told the mattress would be replaced, but the earliest a replacement would be available would be in another 3 weeks - so 6 weeks without a useable mattress. We pointed this out to Bensons for Beds who said they were unable to offer any compensation for inconvenience caused as they were already replacing the mattress as a ‘gesture of goodwill’!When the new mattress finally came, the deliverymen first claimed they did not have instructions to take away the old mattress and then said the new mattress (which was exactly the same as the old one) was too large to be delivered. Eventually they agreed they could deliver it but the whole experience has been very poor and I would strongly advise anyone to go elsewhere.

Recent bed and mattress purchase at the Tamworth store. In store team were brilliant and helpful while not being 'pushy' at all. Items delivered in shorter than expected timeframe and again, the delivery team were brilliant. 4 stars as the boxes that held the bed parts were wet (so much so the cardboard fell away to touch at the end). Thankfully, the items were undamaged.Delivery team noticed the sodden boxes and took extra care bringing them into the house.Overall, a good experience and I'll head to Bensons first for future purchases.

From start to finish the service has been excellent. Ashley, salesman was very helpful, not pushy and allowed us time to browse. Explained everything well, different types of matress and beds, also answered all off our questions. Great knowledge. Confirmed the service and delivery date and what I should expect. Delivery and building of product was great. The men were friendly, polite and respected my home, offering to take shoes off. Great work and service all round. Thanks.
