Rebecca helped us with our Spanish rescue puppy in early 2019. Like the puppy, we were overwhelmed, distressed, and confused. Rebecca was a kind voice of reason and a great source of support to us during that time. Rebecca went above and beyond in the training, even bringing her lovely dog along for a trip inside a scary pub to show our puppy the way forward. We hope that all dog families in need of even a little help and encouragement find Rebecca.

Our rough collie puppy was very nervous around other dogs and Rebecca (Canine Pawtonomy) was absolutely fantastic, continually helpful and pointing out things that seem simple that you never consider. A few months on and our puppy is helping some of the other puppies, still work to do, but with the support of Canine Pawtonomy, i know we will continue to have a well behaved member of the family. Also the online training was fantastic, dubious at first it turned out to be really good for training the dog and me!

I found canine pawtonomy on google for help with my nervous reactive small dog due to being attacked. Rebecca (the trainer) is an amazing clued up trainer. In just 3 sessions she has equipped me with so much knowledge, engagement games, activities to be doing at home and techniques to help with my dogs behaviour. If you are looking for a positive method trainer I would recommend that you get in touch. She has shown that she understands my dogs behaviour and gives a good psychological view also to why my dog displays the behaviour he does. I really recommend canine pawtonomy, she has a great sense of humour and lovely to work with. In this short amount of time I have already seen increased confidence in my dog.

Rebecca first helped me when my dog was attacked and lost his confidence with other dogs. She was super knowledgable and I learnt so much about Ben. Since then, I've worked with her via Zoom during lockdown to help Ben settle into a new house. Remote training has worked well for us, and when it stopped being helpful, Rebecca recommended we save the remainder of our booked sessions, which have now come in useful to introduce a new dog to the family - eek! I 100% agree with her approach to dog training, which is based on science and always founded in positive reinforcement. She keeps up to date with the latest research and always brings lots of thoughts and ideas to the table - as well as support and reassurance for stressed out humans. Whether face to face or remote, you'll get a lot of of her sessions.

I'm so glad I met Rebecca - such a energy and positive vibes !She was the first one who discovered that our puppy is deaf. She showed us how to communicate with our Frenchy and how to train her using only sign commands. Because of Rebecca we could finally create safe, stress free and friendly environment for our little one.I can definitely recommend Rebecca because training a puppy isn't always that smooth as you think especially when you have a special puppy like our Alba !Rebecca I will never forget your lessonsThank you !!!

Rebecca started walking and training our pup when he was 6 months old - it was one of the best decisions we’ve made. Not only does our dog adore her, but in our training sessions she taught us how to communicate with him in a way that made him feel safe and understood. We came away with valuable techniques that we still use today, and can highly recommend Rebecca's services.

We were only able to have a few sessions with Rebecca as were moving but she was a great help and we learned a lot in a short time about getting started with our new puppy. Poppy hated being near water and I had no idea how we were going to wash her. Rebecca showed us how to do it and after two attemps by myself I was able to hold the shower head over her without her panicking and wanting to jump out! Amazing progress.Rebecca has an deep understanding of dogs and is a great teacher.

We're so glad we found Rebecca back in January. She's not only helped us raise (what we're now sure will be) a great dog, but some might say most importantly, helped our sanity too! Having a puppy is so hard, but Rebecca is so supportive, on hand whenever we needed her and completely honest - which we really appreciate.Because of her knowledge of canine psychology as well as behaviour and training, she helped us understand the why we do things a certain way, notice the micro-behaviours that we totally would've missed otherwise, GOSH..SO MUCH. A lot of canine behaviour is not just the dog, but also our behaviour - a focus I think is missed in a lot of training providers. We owe a lot to Rebecca and will continue working with her long into pupadulthood.

We started working with Rebecca after becoming first time adopters to our rescue, Sparky. Rebecca really helped us to understand him and his behaviour and has left us with a lot of good tricks! Beyond this, Rebecca is incredibly friendly and laidback, the training sessions are super informative and you can tell she always has the dogs best interests in mind. She suggests ways clients can help each other and their dogs by orchestrating meetings between owners and has made us much more confident.
