Dan was initially very good and came the next day after he was called to assess the job. He said he would contact us within a few days and arrange to call back and do the work. We waited a few days and heard nothing. We made several phone calls which went unanswered, left voice mails and sent texts but got no response. We would have appreciated it if he was too busy and just said so, but instead he just left us hanging. Eventually we got fed up waiting and had to get another plumber to come and do the work.

Quick response, excellent work and very reasonably priced. Would use again.

I will be recommending Dan to my friends. He turned up when he said he would and did a great job.
