Rude customer service, disrespectful owner, bunch of arrogant and disgraceful clients out there too. I think it’s only popular amongst students as they get discounts. So suggest to stay away from this place!

Lee is great at his job! He has an eye for colour and detail when you describe what you want. I always leave happy and satisfied. Never had a nail breakage and colour (shellac) stays well. Good price too!

My daughter arrived for her 4pm appointment this afternoon to be told you were running an hour late and you asked her to rebookThis is so disappointing and very unprofessional. Her last appointment in December she was turned away as you'd double booked her.She made an appointment in advance for 4pm today and because you constantly take walk ins her arranged appointment is not possibleWe have had yet another wasted journey to walk away with her not having her nails done - your customer service is zero and we are really disappointed and unimpressed!

I would never want to go any where else than here for my nails! Amazing student discounts, the owner is so friendly and kind, acrylics with shellac last for ages without chipping or breaking. Fantastic
