I drove a considerable distance to have quotation done for some restoration work. Mainly due to the reputation and type of work they are involved with and the quality of work I required. I was told that I’d receive the quote early the next week. This didn’t materialise so I chased again a couple of weeks later. I was given the same reassurance that I’d have it early the next week. Over a month later I still have no contact or quotation. If it does turn up (which I doubt) it will be disregarded. Poor communication breeds a complete lack of confidence.
