They are good, very good price. I booked for tyre change but I needed urgent so I cancelled it, asked the refund. So easy process and very helpful. Got the refund on time.

Booked this place for service and MOT. Staff are not friendly when you enter the building smells really bad, once the service and MOT was done i went to inspect the car, to my demise they have gone through my armrest compartment only for me to find out someone has stolen my perfume bottle which wasn't s big deal at all, less than half left but the principle still stands that they stole, so i asked the person who conducted the service and ofcourse he denied i mean nobody is gonna come forward and take blame and obviously everyone else denies this then the manager comes and gives this whole spiel about none of her staff would do this blah blah blah anyways long argument later nothing was resolved but AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COST, Bunch of thieves and dishonest people working there

I paid for a full service ahead of my MOT. I was told everything is fine but my car failed anyway on basic issues that should have been checked by the full service. Waste of money and time

The Halfords located in a good place and i found that it is more easier to get an appointment in this place. I have booked an appointment just the previous night and travelled all the way to ruislip. The service was good and they done the checks and advised some fix. But the hardest part is they were not calling after the checks as they promised. I suggest to give the car there but make sure to call them and call again until its ready.

Around a year ago this auto centre was excellent. Unfortunately, the quality of service has now consistently dropped to the point where I will no longer be using Halfords again for MOT and repair services. It is also extremely difficult to get through to speak to a member of staff at this facility.

The worst service I ever had from this centre I had to take two days off to do a wheel alignment for my car two appointments it is been booked turned down and they tell me sorry we don’t have booking for you showed the message from them they say don’t know what is happening with the system which is not true. I always don’t have trust on these companies but the only thing brought me down is cheaper than the local garages near to me. Last time I’ll book anything with you.

Called to make an appointment to get new brake disks they asked for my reg and van model etc... waited a week when I got here they said they cant check the van as it doesn't fit on the ramp.... why didn't they just say from the start they couldn't do it why waste my time qhen they had my details of my van already I took a day off work for this.... very poor

I paid £17.49 for an Air Con Diagnostic because my air con was not working (I assumed it was empty) but because I got it filled last year I thought I might have a leak, so i paid for this service.This service offered a leak test (using nitrogen).This is what i got back from them after inspection:Air con system empty on initial inspection, possible leakThank you for nothing I knew it myself that there is a 50% chance (maybe yes, maybe no) for a possible leak. This would have been the purpose of this whole visit to tell me for a 100% whether its a leak or not. I did not get what i paid for but of course i had to pay in advance.
