Bridgewater are the best care company my wife and I have had dealings with over the last few years. From the owner, to the carers in the field, we both have only ever been met with the highest level, of care and courtesy. Nothing is too much trouble and each carer comes in and is very competent andaware of my wife's needs from the onset. Any issues are dealt with immediately and each and every one of the carers are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my wife is comfortable and ready for the day or settled at night before they leave her. Through the Covid situation, they have shown nothing but sheer professionalism and managed to cover all calls, maintaining a very high level of infection control throughout. Thank you for everything, life is so much easier with Bridgewater Care in it.

Extremely disappointed with these people. My mum was with them for months but then got ill and had to spend 3 months in hospital. I was told twice by Stuart her slot would be kept open for her return. It wasn’t. When she was set to return home Karen confirmed on 2 occasions they could continue with care and do an additional evening visit. ONE day before my Mum was due home, ambulance booked, medication dispensed and after several attempts to speak to Karen on the phone, she confirmed sadly they would not be able to accommodate. She said she was 5 carers down and yet today 2 weeks later, through my front door I get a flyer advertising their services‘Supporting you and your family’!!!! What a joke!!!!Do not listen to these people. Dreadful company who have absolutely no morals or any interest whatsoever in supporting families in need of care.If I could have given a zero star I would have.They will let you down so move on and find a company that really do care because these awful people absolutely don’t. Shocking beyond words.

Lovely family run company

Would highly recommend this company for, they helped Care for my Grandad before he needed to go into a dementia care home. He would always tell me how friendly and helpful his carers were and how comfortable he felt in their care. They were also very supportive of my Nan which I can’t thank them enough for. The admin and coordinators were flexible and informative. I would use them again in the future for any relatives needing care.
