We thought we had ordered some high density foam to replace the foam in our caravan seats/mattress and it was done in a day last November. We didn't go away in our caravan till spring and have been away quite a bit now and last weekend we noticed the foam was almost sinking as we sat on it. We unzipped the covers and to our horror saw that the foam was all in separate pieces and stuck together and I think it wasn't new foam at all. This cost us £360!and the foam we took out was in a better condition than what it was replaced with . i have been in touch and sent photos and would hope for a refund considering what they have done but realisticly not a chance he hasnt even been back in touch .do not use this company!

We bought a motorhome but the upholstery was not to our taste very dated we spoke to Richard at a motorhome show and he helped us choose fabrics etc and gave us a quote we later contacted him to go ahead he came to us (we are near Poole ) he took everything out of the van whilst he was there we decided to have new carpets to Richard face timed us on the Tues with choices he was extremely helpful he returned on the Friday and fitted everything back omg what a difference we were so happy Richard and his team went above and beyond I would highly recommend him my van now looks very modern but cosy !

Had upholstery done to a few motorhomes in the past, first time we have used Tappers. I can only state Excellent they went far and above any of the upholsterers we have used in the past'. Time was not an issue to understand what we wanted they expertly came to our home, removed the seats in our motorhome reupholstered them and refitted to a standard we never thought was possible better detail than the original manufacturer. Brilliant people and brilliant upholsterers. Thanks we are not trade. Excellent. Had my Mercedes rear seat repaired today and the guys and ladies did an excellent job, can’t tell they have replaced a panel on the seat. I’m really happy and would fully recommend to everyone, professional and extremely helpful through the whole process.

Had my Mercedes car seats repaired here. The young man I spoke with on the telephone initially was so helpful. He and the older gentleman that done the work on my car yesterday was so polite and done a fantastic job! I would highly recommend this company. Absolutely a top job. First class service from start to finish.I visited their shop to see what they could do, Richard was very helpful giving us his best advice without pushing for the work. He helped us to chose the colour scheme and managed to book us in two weeks later, (luckily for us he had a job put on hold because the caravan had been involved in an accident and may have been a right off).We stayed on a local campsite in our Motorhome, Bobby collected, returned and fitted the re-trimmed seating as promised.Many many thanks to Richard, Bobby and the rest of the team for such fantastic service.
