They fix the problem of my Samsung microwave but they are a little bit pricey. I have spent £168 to repair a product that is worth £165.75 new. The repair took about 15 mins and I have paid 74£ for the installation of a new motherboard (labor only). 54£ pre-paid for the appointment to diagnose the problem. To seems expensive. Again professional company but very expensive if you are not insured.

I had a problem with my Samsung Washing machine, i phoned Samsung hoping they would help point me in the right direction. Samsung were very polite but not much help other than to point me onto Trio Domestic Appliances. OK I thought, at least i can speak to someone who knows and is local. My first call was unanswered, I tried phoning back about 30min later and my call was answered by a woman (didnt get her name). I politely stated that Samsung had put me onto Trio and that i had a faulty washing machine and asked for some advice on the fault code that it was displaying. This woman promptly told me they dont give advice over the phone and to get an engineer to attend my house would cost me £54. As i only wanted more detail on the part i am more than capable of replacing myself i politely declined her offer, at that point i was hung up on.

Great experience - Scheduled to come and fix our washing machine, they were very clear and transparent about costs. Called me back the same day when I asked a question. They were able to advise me what the problem *might* be and an estimate cost so I could make a decision. Reasonable fee for diagnostic visit and labour, unfortunately my washing machine is out of warranty and the cost of parts made it un-economical to repair, so we've decided to replace it. The lady at Trio Domestic Appliances advised me to call Samsung as they offer a discount to customers with unfixable machines, so its made my new machine much more affordable. Im really pleased with how quickly Trio Domestic Appliances were able to help me (logged request on samsung website on saturday and was messaged monday morning to book in repair for the following week). I'm really grateful for their clarity, transparency and honesty about costs, as I was stressed and indecisive. Its rare to get honest people these days so I am grateful. I am also reassured to buy another Samsung knowing if something goes wrong Trio Domestic are the repair people for my area.

Showed engineer fault banging and ticking loud as suggested by Samsung and showed several videos, which he recorded off my phone. He said it shouldn't be doing that and put it in the report. Then Samsung report said engineer said no defects and said the engineer checked the machine when he didn't.. one of their engineer couldn't fix it before and said whatever I do you'll never happy.

This is the second time I have used Trio Domestic Appliances. Excellent company. I have used this company both as a private customer to replace damaged Samsung fridge door skins which they did a brilliant job on and again today via a Samsung warranty claim to repair my Samsung washing machine. I cannot praise this company enough. Andy is the lovely gentleman that attended on both occasions. Excellent job completed on both occasions. I highly recommend them. This morning I’ve just had Trio Domestic out on a service call to view my Samsung Dryer!A chap called Mitchell arrived & after a short period of examining the machine and my added “Amateur Film making” video I shot previously, was able to diagnose quickly a “Warped Bearing” !He advised there was no real need to replace the item, as he said it could go on possibly for the life of the machine!I really appreciate in this day & age someone thats not taking advantage of another’s lack of knowledge on a given subject!I have to say, he was very friendly & Respectful of our home. We had our washing machine repaired last week by Trio via our Samsung guarantee. The service we received was faultless from start to finish and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The communication and friendly service was greatly appreciated.

Absolutely 1st class service throughout my contact with them after phoning Samsung to get the repair booked. Didn't think sue to being the only business repairing Samsung appliances that they'd be very quick at getting me booked in, but I was so pleased when they visited today after only calling them 2 days previously. Highly recommend them.
