All the staff are exceptional.Glenn Cowley the owner had a top notch apprenticeship when he started to work and now runs a successful business in Frodsham where you can be assured that your car will be repaired properly and he will not take advantage of the leyman and find" things that are not really there.They all love their work and it shows.I travel 45 miles to have work done their because unlike our local garages he is not a rip-off merchantand does the work properly."

The staff took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and why, without talking down to me or using technical jargon that I didn't understand. They answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly, which gave me confidence in their expertise.Another aspect of my experience that was noteworthy was the price. As a single female, I have often felt like I'm taken advantage of by garages who assume that I don't know anything about cars.
