We always visit here on the way back from a big shopping spree in town, as a special treat! Love the food and fast service and friendly atmosphere. Chicken is amazing!

Horrible experience! I was a regular customer, walked in today and ordered item number 4 on the menu. The guy taking my order didn’t pay any attention and packed 4 orders. I was told to pay for the wrong order. When I expressed my surprise and said its just one item “No.4 on your menu” he got frustrated and disrespectfully said that I haven’t got the money to pay for his mistake. The manager knew me and sorted it out quickly. All this happened after I paid for the entire wrong order. Pretty stupid to say I can’t pay after receiving the money.Horrible customer service and poor treatment of a regular customer. Make sure you hire some well mannered sensible staff who can understand plain English. Never going back again!

Got Mutton Shawarma and the meat wasn't cooked and it felt nearly raw. When asked about it, the guy said It happens". This place is not a good place to have food"

Sharwarma was mediocre at best. It's definitely not as nice as my friend made it out to be. The salad amount in the chicken sharwarma sandwich is very generous, but the meat is sparse. Maybe if I could taste more meat instead of wet salad in the bread, then I might have liked it. It wasn't hearty like a traditional sharwarma.It seems very popular for other dishes, though. Maybe if I get the courage to visit again, I will try something else on their menu and make a point that I am there for the sharwarma and not so much the salad.
