The customer service has been absolutely terrible. Purchased a car, which broke down after 4 weeks. 8 weeks later and we are still trying to get them to agree to repairing it or give us our money back. No empathy or help from any assistants. Refuse to let us speak to anyone higher up and take ages to get back to you or just don't when they tell you they will. We have had to do all the chasing and arrangements with garages etc. No help whatsoever.They said to me email as I send emails as well they still not helping me they don’t care about customer. It’s Christmas time I can’t work. I spent £24000. I wrote bad reviews after they said to me send email as we will help they still not helping me.

Great variety of cars, no hassle from pushy sales staff, all vehicles are unlocked for your convenience walk around and sit in whatever Takes your interest. Make note of the registration and make your way back to the building for further information, payment options and test drives. Staff are great to deal with and friendly / approachable.I personally dealt with Chad who was brilliant and I’d buy off him again without hesitation he was an easygoing guy and nothing was too much hassle for him.Highly recommended outfit for professionalism, good vibes and good pricing. 10/10

Sorry folks but this format just doesn't work. Have a young family and have very limited time.. in the market for a new car and managed to get someone to watch the kids for a few hours so we thought the best thing would be to visit a car 'supermarket' so we could browse what they had an get an idea of what we liked, and could take it from there.I didn't expect that instead we'd be made to sit with a salesman to browse their stock on a computer.. and quickly narrow us down to a car we wanted to see, and then the car would be bought to us to look at. Except in this case it wasn't because the battery on the car we wanted to see was flat. After I explained our expectations and limitations on time, the salesman just.. left.After 45 minutes of completely wasted time we left extremely disappointed and will go somewhere that we can actually browse the stock ourselves.

A very strange process to sell a car. Sales person sit you down and tells you want car you need. They have 100’s of car you can’t see only through railings and on a computer screen of which they are also very reluctant to offer cars from another branch.Previous companies on this site have been very helpful

I bought a car 2 weeks ago. Yesterday it developed a fault. I had to pay £85 for recovery service to take it back. I was told by after sales that ‘It does say in our policy that we do not recover vehicles and it does say that courtesy cars are subject to availability’. I was also told that there technicians do not work at weekends. So I will be without a car over the weekend. I told the after sales person that I need my car for work. The reply was ‘there have been other people waiting longer than you but we are doing our best. Well I’m sorry that isn’t good enough! I have had my last 3 cars from them. I certainly won’t be going back.

Never an issue when this was Availablecar. You can't just go and browse anymore. Forced to provide details by rude receptionist who looks like they don't want to be there. Forced to sit at a desk where you're greeted" by a sales person. No hi welcome

Not an enjoyable experience... Forced to give over details at the door. Told your not able to just browse the cars anymore. You get assigned someone who will show you some cars on a screen.... I can do that at home. Yes they'll bring the cars over to you but you don't want to feel the pressure of the associate standing yards away while you look at a car and trying to decide what's right for you. Judging by other reviews I'm not the only one who thinks that, what other car sales place does this?When talking about a part exchange the associate asked what condition our car was in on a scale of 1-10 we said 7, they said 5 then... No mate I've seen my car you haven't.From walking from the front door to a sales associate I got an email from them saying they tried calling us and sorry they missed us, could we call them back. Also got told by the associate Available Car has gone bankrupt, which isn't true lowers my opinion of the group, if you're lying about that what else are you lying about?We won't be shopping here for our next car.

Edit: lovely to see the ‘personalised response’ to every review that’s negative! Glad to see your training has covered ‘copy and paste’ ! Very personalised service.What’s happened? We have bought 7 cars in the last 8 years from available car in Cannock. Having the ability to look around a car unbothered by sales staff and sitting in them to get a feel for a car before we test drive anything, sit looking at specs etc saves our time and theirs. Popped in today as we are looking to upgrade our second car and were greeted by some ‘smart’ comments from the ‘super’ helpful lady at the reception desk. Advised that it’s a different company now and there is a ‘process’ to looking at the cars. We asked if they are unlocked so we can just wander round and she advised us that no I fact they are all locked and we have to follow the process! She also advised is that available car is still around so if that’s how we want to shop we should go there, we will thanks for the advise! What a crock of rubbish who wants to be supervised by sales people when you want to buy a car these days? It’s like stepping back into 1995 back in the hard sell days.
