Don’t even bother. Unfortunately, I had to give this one star and that’s one star too many. If any of your canon equipment breaks, it’s better to give up photography and become an estate agent. Honestly, do yourself a favour you only have one life don’t waste it dealing with these cowboys.

My discontinued printer developed a fault, Cannon gave me a discount on a new printer, only criticism is I would of liked to of used it in Currys to get their additional discounts.

Fixed my lens to back to factory quality and done within a week.

UPDATE: Apparently the woman at the main central phone number could have put me through but chose to be unhelpful. I pressed another line option (not relevant to my enquiry) and got through.REVIEW: This service centre has my items and sent me an email to say they are being 'dispatched today' after I specified at check in and in numerous emails that I will COLLECT the items and do not want them posted. There is no way to contact the centre directly to stop my items from being dispatched or find out if it is too late. All the phone number (some central line) on this listing can do is 'leave a note on the system'. They can't contact their colleagues at the Borehamwood centre - ridiculous! I can't believe I cannot get through to the centre at which I left my camera and other equipment. How does no contact help any customer?

Very helpful and friendly. They could not repair my Canon printer due to a software issue but gave good advice on a replacement. Also provided environmental disposal of the old printer at no cost.

It took me a while to figure out how to actually request the right service (Canon C70 warranty repair) to which I was still a bit unsure when I turned up to drop the camera off. It was however repaired within 2 business days and was sent back to me with no service or delivery charge, I couldn't believe the fast turnaround considering I was originally quoted 2-4 weeks (which I was prepared for)

I have been a canon customer for 15 years and CPS for as long as I can remember.OUTSTANDING !!Seriously the customer service and the turn around time for professionals is absolutely incredible, thank you.Nothing is ever too much hassle and the turn around especially when I used them yesterday was the fastest i've ever known it.CPS is just one of the many reason I have stayed loyal to the Canon brand.

Sent in my edible printer 3 times for repairs as from the very beginning I was unable to even get it to setup then each time it came back as it’s fine it’s runningThis time around they used non edible inks in my edible printer making it toxic so now the printer is useless as I cannot use it for edible printing I had provided the edible inks and this still happened I’m extremely disappointedThere’s no point even setting it up at this point

Recently sent my items (Canon 5D Mk III and 24-70mm F2.8L) on the Wednesday (to have a clean, calibration and replacement focus ring), got a phone call for a quote on the Thursday, item was dispatched on the Friday. Second time I’ve used them and think the service is excellent!
