What can I say, the staff from asking for direction at main entrance to being booked in for surgery and the care and treatment received from this Hospital was beyond all my expectations from the NHS. One extremely satisfied patient. Angels everyone of them all.

I went on ward 6 for a full knee replacement operation. From start to coming home. Everyone was fantastic. Explained everthing. Ward 6 nurses are great. Nothing is a bother to them.them

Had to write a review, the nurses at the walk in were brilliant today, they listened to my concerns, I got a checked over and a diagnosis which put my mind at ease. Also lots of advice on how to manage my symptoms. Thank you so much.

Outstanding care when taking my 6yr old daughter who had broken her arm. Waited all of 5 minutes then straight through to be seen given the nature of her injury. Everything flowed seamlessly and the staff were all brilliant. In and out within 90 minutes. We are here on holiday and know it would have been a different story in our home town.

I had a really bad experince with the man on reception here when visiting the UCC.I developed chronic upper back pain whilst waiting and began to sweat profusely and feel nauseous.. I managed to get up and stagger to the desk and plead for quicker help but was just glared at like a delinquent. The place was empty as it was late. Luckily my dr arrived soon after and it wasn't an MI but i did require transfer and treatment. A horrid experience for being in an Urgent Care Centre.

Close friend who's in there now complains of being rough handled but is also being treated well. No exercise. No mobile phone signal. No fresh air. No liaison or contact with doctors or consultants. Lovely, friendly staff on the ward. Calls to the ward are sometimes disconnected. Overheard a staff member at reception talking about putting a patient on 'the pathway'. Locked ward doors. Mixed feelings about the NHS. Very worried.

I have had a knee replacement and the staff are fantastic and really friendly and helpful also the food was really good I give the hospital full marks that’s 10 out of 10 from me well done and thank you to all the staff.

Fantastic hospital, I've just been discharged from here after surgery and spent 32 hours here. Absolutely fantastic staff in ward 1. Both day and night teams were faultless. Their hospitality and bedside manner was above and beyond and even the porters and occupational health teams are amazing. They couldn't make you feel more comfortable if they tried. A big thank you to all the staff.
