Great experience start to finish. Ellie really listed to what I was looking for and talked to me about how she would carry out my wishes. Ellie did an amazing job and I was so pleased, real attention to detail, bright friendly and knowledgeable. Also the head massage was amazing. Thank you Ellie, I will be recommending you to friends and family, and will book with you again.

Holly is an amazing stylist and a lovely person who puts you at ease. I got the best cut and colour I have ever had. She knew exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be back.

I think it's overpriced really.I'm sure the cost to customer is not reflected in staff wages.Staff lovely but tend to say most expensive option is the right one. Even if you say you just want roots done- they go on about toners, hi lights and lo lights abd apparently you need all three

Excellent service as always. Everyone is so nice, it is a real pleasure getting my hair done. Again, I am absolutely delighted with the cut and colour from Holly. She is very talented and I’m very lucky to have found her!

This being my first time and very stressed as another hairdresser whom I use over bleached my hair, I could not be happier with the service I received from all the staff, My hair is now better than it has been in years and the colour is just wonderful. I also had the best head and shoulder massage and attention to me was spot on.I cannot thank them enough for the service I received and I will definitely be using your establishment again.

Parking right outside at 8.22 on possibly the worst weather there has been in months and was called to advise my appointment was at 8.15.I apologised and said that I was just parking outside and was told that was absolutely fine as they would happily hold until 8.25.Walked into the salon to be told that (less than 2 minutes later after that call) that it was now too late and they would reschedule.The professional thing would have just to told me that over the phone as 8.25 was fine one minute and not the next.Disappointed in Rainbow Rooms and will now find another hairdresser.

This is my second visit with Holly. I loved my hair the first time and I'm thrilled again. I wasn't sure what I wanted but put my trust in Holly and I am well impressed. Holly is young but my goodness the quality of her work is way better than some hairdressers with decades of experience.

I hadn't had my hair cut in some time and was very apprehensive. However, Heather (usually works in Clarkston) talked me through every stage and made me feel at ease.Needless to say, I was delighted with the result!

As this was my first visit to a salon since just before Covid hit I was definitely feeling a little nervous, I’m also looking to go grey naturally so I was also worried about Lisa’s reaction to this.Lisa was amazing made me feel at ease straight away and also explained everything she was doing, I feel much better we’ve got a plan for going forward.I’d recommend Lisa to anyone!!!!
