Took my dog recently, easy to book appointment online and by phone. Friendly staff and vets who are willing to spend time getting to know your pet giving them the most positive of experiences possible. Listen to us as owners and give great advice and treatment.

My first visit was for a routine checkup, and I was impressed by the thoroughness and attention to detail shown by the veterinarian. She carefully examined my kitten and answered all my questions patiently and comprehensively. I left feeling confident that my kitten was in good hands.The second visit was for vaccinations, and once again, the experience was top-notch. The veterinarian explained the purpose of each vaccine and answered any concerns I had. My kitten barely noticed the injections, which is a testament to the veterinarian's skill and gentle touch.Yesterday, my kitten underwent microchipping and spaying. I was understandably nervous about the procedure, but the staff at Village Vet put me at ease. They explained everything in detail and answered all my questions patiently. The procedure went smoothly, and my kitten was back to her playful self within a day.Throughout all my interactions with Village Vet, I have been consistently impressed by the level of care and compassion shown to my kitten. The staff is genuinely invested in the well-being of their patients, and it shows. They go above and beyond to make sure that both the pet and the owner are comfortable and informed.Without hesitation, I would recommend Village Vet to any pet owner in the Royston area. Really caring, super good team at Royston village vet. my dog needed some help, so I booked a vet consultation online. Dog was thoroughly checked and his welfare was top priority the whole time. This team genuinely care. It's not expensive, i feel well supported with this team and will not hesitate to book my dog in again with them, for minor or major needs. Thanks so much!

My cat’s first ever first vet (after being a stray boy for years!) went perfectly. The team here are so friendly, the vets, nurses and front of house are so professional and will make you and your furry pal as comfortable as possible. 10/10 recommend!

Friendly and professional veterinary. There’s never a long wait either for appointments or phone calls. Roxie is very competent and caring. She understands the importance of not stressing the animal out for unnecessary procedures and always gives good advice and treatment options. She’s gentle with my cat and understands her medical history well. It gives me great confidence to have my cat seen by Roxie, especially coming from London where vets were only focused on making as much money as possible!

Always a good experience with village vet. Took my 22 week old chow / GSD cross in this morning to the Royston branch. Very helpfully and great staff. 10/10 recommendation!

Very happy with Village Vets Royston. Easy to register our new pet, and get an appointment for first vaccines. Very friendly and helpful service, seen quickly on arrival. All my questions were answered, advice was given regarding when to microchip and neuter taking into consideration his reaction to the vaccine.

I can only speak as I find, and I must say that they were fantastic. The way they took on the possible seizure my 3-year old dog was excellent. They were very professional and caring. I am pleased we chose them the look after our dog.

Everyone here really cares, our pup absolutely loves coming in. We’ve always been seen really quickly and been given great advice over the phone when needed. Everything just feels seamless and we know we can rely on getting the best care every time.

I have always taken my cat here, he's fifteen now has a slow pace of life so very rarely needs anything, have always bought my worming tablets, or flea sprays here, but because I hadn't taken him into the vet for over a year they refused to sell me a worming treatment, I'm not going to just take him for no reason as it stresses him out big time. Personally I think this is shameful .
