A good high street branch and can get quite busy

Went into this store as my phone was playing up. I saw Sam & he helped me to fix my phone. I no longer have problems with it (touch wood) & I am very happy with the service that was provided.

I had a query with my phone and went store and I spoke to a gentleman named Amz, who aided my concerns, and was fast paced. The rest of the team were also welcoming and were great to talk to!

Dealt with Katie who was knowledgeable and understood my requirements. Really pleased with phone and package provided. She even dealt with setting up the new phone while I went and had a coffee.

The staff that served us were very helpful & professional and solved our problem with transferring our existing mobile numbers to our new SIM cards.

Rubbish. Sim card was switched between 3 people in store. Wanted to upgrade and because if their sheer incompetence, took almost 3 hours to figure out why we were having problems. This resulted in over a month of trying to sort it out with unwanted texts, messages and phone calls people who think they're contacting someone else. Sam, the current manager who excels at time-wasting with zero customer service skills.

Had the best customer service experience I can recall for ages today! Jay dealt with our technical issue with top notch professionalism.

I have bad experience. I went to ee shop to ask about new plan contract. When I was waiting with my a year old son, store manager asked us to not leaving and entering store because they have got entering sensor. It is quite difficult to explain a baby to seat inside and wait :D. Information on ee website and local store ate not the same. EE website says that they take any condorion samsung phone as trade-in but in store thay said that only perfect condition. The man was not very happy to explain that and we felt that they are not happy to welcome new customers.

Never ever again am I going to deal with EE, they are happy with sell you a phone / contract but God forbid something happens like being billed for somebody else's contract for 3 years they want nothing to do with you. These days high street stores should be doing everything to keep there customers but EE fall well short in even trying to go out there way to help.
