Previously used the Brighton branch who managed a Sale flawlessly for me.I had the pleasure of being looked after by Yasmin through the entire sale process, very knowledgeable and friendly. Heather Banning the sales progressor at Cubitt and West was billiant helping us with the sale of our Mum's property. The property is leasehold so there was a great deal of complicated paperwork to complete and Heather was so patient throughout.

I would like to say a big Thankyou to Yasmin at the petersfield branch. I am looking to relocate to petersfield with my family and Yasmin has been a great help. When I first visited the branch she met me with a warm welcome and took time to understand exactly what it was that I was looking for. She even offered me advice on conveyancing and mortgages. My review is directed more at the management of CW rather than specific staff members.The ethic of this company is literally to make as much money as possible at the expense of 'buyers/seller/tenants and landlords.My experience both buying and renting has been very very negative.Extremely poor customer care…always a different person dealing with you so literally no understanding or relationship is built up. A real impression that money is of vital importance to the company over customer care. So much so that they will likely see this review and not be all that bothered as they are doing good business so one bad review doesn’t matter.I’ve lived around the world and bought sold and rented….CW are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.I recently requested to view a property to buy they had listed. I was told I could not view the property unless I saw their own financial advisor..."we want to know that the potential buyer can afford it" this despite showing them a mortgage offer with my own advisor. So clearly they wanted the commission. I guess this is somehow legal...but its a business practise I became used to with these guy. Every dealing with the company left me feeling that they just weren't that pleasant.CW basically spread themselves too thin…and have very ruthless management causing those lower down to deliver terrible service."

A very efficient and pro-active team. Very happy with their responsiveness. I found Jackie great to deal with on all the admin bits and bobs and Samara and Yasmin really impressive with their local knowledge.
