Lovely clean store and friendly staff.

Tile Giant Gloucester. Brilliant helpful staff, I placed an order 10 minutes before they closed on Sunday and was told my order would be there for collection on Wednesday. They called me on Tuesday to say all products were ready for collection. We had changed are minds on the grout and adhesive we wanted which was not a problem at all, they changed both products. Will definitely be going them again when we do our kitchen.Highly recommended

Exceptional customer service by Steve, really helped me out during Lockdown 2.0. Great product knowledge and very passionate about the items he is selling. A credit to Tile Giant, next time I need tiles I know where to go and the man to speak to.

After visiting tile giant in Gloucester a couple of times we went back to finally make our purchase. Can't praise staff with their help and knowledge in helping us choose tiles and products as we are refurbing an old house.Isabel was extremely helpful with all her knowledge and help. Moving to Gloucester recently I shopped for 6 rooms in my house here.On arrival staff are welcoming and friendly. I have asked their opinions on a few things and they have given me their views and given me suggestions.Good communication from start to finish of the ordering process and a good selection of tiles available in store.I visited other tile showrooms in the area prior to this store and they don’t compare when it comes to the staff being friendly and knowledgeable.

Ordered tiles through their website and they said that the tiles are in stock and that I could collect the next day. I then was informed that the tiles would in fact need to be ordered in. I was all ready to start the tiling this morning after travelling overs 60 miles to borrow a family members electric tile cutter yesterday evening.Their website information is wrong despite being told numerous times by shop staff that this error this to be changed!!I won’t order from Tile Giant again as they cannot get even basic information correct!!

If I can give a 0 star I would. Ordered grout for click and collect (Gloucester) and I was told I will have to wait 2 weeks until it will be in their store for collection. Asked why it would take so long and they responded the website is broken and shouldn’t be on there. Then was advised to collect it from Cheltenham if I wanted it quicker. So I asked if they can get it delivered and don’t mind paying the extra. “Can I give you a call back?” Didn’t hear a thing for over a week. Left a email for a refund due to the lack of communication and even that was hard to get a response from them.Chasing up and finally got a call back from the store manager and just was plain rude and argumentative.Some advice follow up every call with a email if you can’t get hold of them.

We went into the store to purchase high gloss tiles, the manager went through everything we would need, grout, edging etc. The grout was applied to the tiles, but when wiped off it heavily scratched every single tile. Tile Giant admitted it is the wrong grout but refuse to put it right because there is no audio evidence of the manager recommending the grout. So thousands spent on new bathroom, now ruined, Tile Giant just shrug saying we'd lose in court. They do not care. Please everyone video any transactions you have here to keep as evidence, they WILL screw you over. Awful company to deal with. Avoid!!!
