All staff were very polite and professional. I'd been to Hearology before, 2 years ago, but my ears needed wax removal again. They do a suction process, which is so much safer and efficient than the old way of syringing. The whole process took about 10 mins and I could then I could hear properly again!

I took my mum to see these guys just before lockdown. The specialist there was incredibly kind and patient. My mum's hearing is really bad and I was so impressed with the level of kindness and patience he displayed. But hey,this may be down to him just being a good guy right? So finally, 3 years later mum is finally back up from South Africa and I need to get her hearing tested and whatnot. A different practitioner, Vincent, saw my mum. Again, he displayed such kindness, genuinely interested in what mum was asking him (nevermind that he probably hears the same questions a million times over)! He was kind. He was incredibly patient. And I know the guy is tired cos he inevitably is back to back in appointments but he is determined to ensure every customer's hearing is correctly and carefully assessed. Never condescending. And even as the next patient waited and he walked mum to the door while she tried to share another fond memory with him, he didn't rush her along. So I think this level of service and attention is clearly part of the brand and that this brand hire a very particular kind of person. In this day and age, the service was exceptional and our loyalty well earned.

Highly dubious company.Though they have a website contact it is restricted only to book an appointment on a London telephone number or online there is no recourse to an official complaint procedure.I was treated by them and remain deaf in one ear with earwax despite even querying at the time that it taken less than half the time to treat the left ear, was fobbed off with a less than satisfactory answer.

Vincent and his team are brilliant. Vincent really helped me understand what was going on with my ears and heal them in the most unintrusive and natural way. I wholeheartedly recommend Hearology

I was suffering pain and ringing in one ear. My GP took a look, noticed that I had a huge amount of ear wax, and recommended I have it removed. One appointment at Hearology did the trick. The service was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent service from both Steven and Vincent. Weeks of being misdiagnosed and wasting time with drops and other medicine and these guys sorted me out in 15 minutes. Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks!
