I took my watch in to be sent for service / repair. Staff were helpful, professional and thorough. Subsequent communication about my service / repair options was good. Completely painless and hassle free service and my watch came back looking almost new.

I ordered a watch from a different company that aren't based in Worcester. I asked if they could help me with the straps and the kind gent did. 100% recommend them. They are all so lovely and friendly.

I as not expecting to purchase the breitling watch that I did but after the assistant ( Annie I think her name was) allowed me to see and try on dozens of watches I was able to to borrow it down to one. Then add the extra discount I received I had no choice but to buy it. Topping this off with champagne while we waited really did make for excellent experience and I would definitely use them again for any jewellery purchases.

Needed to say what a great experience. I met Chad, whose warm and friendly greeting put me at ease straight away. I don't know why, but I always tend to feel uncomfortable in jewellery stores but this was different. I had three watches that needed minor alterations, one i had bought from a different shop in London the week before but regardless they were happy to help. Even though the alterations only took a short time, when I returned, the watches were ready and waiting. Chad made sure each watch fitted perfectly and even re altered one that wasn't quite right while I was there. He then reset my new watch while explaining everything regarding service and accuracy of the watch. I would like to thank Chad for his professionalism, warmth and kindness during my visit. My wife and I visited Fraser Hart Worcester Saturday morning. We booked an appointment with a staff member, Freya to view a Tudor pelagos. She greeted us and was very professional, knowledgeable and helpfull. She showed me a selection of Tudors and advised on my selection. The gentleman was also very helpfull in adjusting my strap, then changing it for a different strap to then change back to the original. Nothing was to much trouble. Had a superb watch, deal and friendly service. Thank you.

My first experience with Fraser Hart Worcester was with Chad on 22/01/2022. Chad had ordered my watch direct from Omega a couple of weeks earlier. I recently bought two rings , engagement and Eternity to replace previous ones. There was a lovely selection to choose from.They are beautiful I'm so thrilled with them. I was lucky enough to have the pleasure of meeting Chad who helped me in purchasing my first special watch. I purchased a Tudor which was a watch that was on my list for many years and Chad was able to assist me with every answer to all my questions and also additional information around Tudor themselves.
