Kreative Kirsty Beauty Therapy

I am utterly appalled at the behaviour of this business. Please don’t wast your money as there is no process in place for when things go wrong with treatments. A business should always remain professional especially when issues around the safe use of product’s arises. The owner failed to deliver any care or compassion during a recent treatment that went wrong. Instead this business decided to troll and bully the complainant. Worse than that she used her Facebook business page as a platform to try to troll and Bully. Very very unprofessional and I hope people choose to avoid you in the future. There is no place in the beauty industry for such a nasty person.

Me and my daughter went to Kreative Kirsty Beauty Therapy about 2 years as we both needed eyebrows sorting and now we wouldn't go anywhere else. Kirsty is the most kindest and most patient of people we have met. Now the whole family goes my partner and my son have treatments too, nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely 100% recommend.

Lots of fun and chat I only went along with my lady while she had her nails done. An I ended up getting my ears candled. Great stuff we have both booked in again for next month. Kirstie is a seriously nice person and a total professional in her work.
