My husband attended your clinic for Ayurvedic treatment of his Arthritic hip. He was given a months supply of tablets, oil etc and with consultation cost him £200.The treatment which he was regimental in taking the tablets and rubbing the oil as directed, never worked for him at all.He wrote to the practitioner care of this Ayurvedic Centre, no reply, no communication at all what so ever, which is disappointing indeed.As his chief care giver then you should offer a full or partial refund. At least attempt resolution of sorts.Taking vulnerable pensioners money and leaving them high and dry with no recourse is despicable.
