Avoid!! Absolutely disgusting service from this company. I bought an A1, low mileage and £10,000 car... supposedly a full service and they also told me I had a years mot which it turns out it didn’t! 5months later and the gearbox has completely gone. They won’t do anything to help at all! Iv been told by blue motor finance as a good will gesture for selling an unfit car Reynolds could help but they won’t. I never received the log book for the car and after contacting Reynolds numerous times they admitted they didn’t send it off as they had lost it, they then told me I was responsible for paying the £25 to get a new one! I will make sure I tell everyone to completely avoid and make sure as many people as possible are aware of how awful they are, I will also be going to trading standards. If you want a car fit for purpose please take your custom elsewhere or suffer for it a few months later.

Just finished part-exchanging my car for a newer model with RMG. Alfie and the entire team were so helpful at every step of the way. Communication was quick and helpful, and made use of emails and WhatsApp which was a bonus as it made it easy to fit in around my job. Delivery of the car was quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend to anybody on the lookout for some new wheels!

A friend of mine purchased a vehicle from RMG and has had nothing but stress and lies from these guys, Jesse done nothing but fob my friend off and made it extremely hard to even book the car in to be sorted but eventually all contact ceased. The vehicle was hardly fit for sale let alone to have children driven in. The treatment received from this company and staff is just appalling, AVOID!!!
