This is my local garage and I always top up with Shell v power. Although the service is fast, efficient and the staff are very polite, the diesel pump handle is always covered with fuel. There are no wipes and I was directed to the toilet which was not very clean. The shop looks very tidy and well maintained. I'm thinking of wearing old gloves in future. It's a shame the same standard in the shop does not match the pumps and toilets.

Car wash and jet wash are a complete waste of money but don't worry.. It hardly works at the weekends anyway..!Fuel is always quite expensive here.

I can say that my doubts were right.. I doubted several times that I was filling up with petrol when it was low.. but when I asked a friend who works at a gas station he said add less than 10 pounds then you know that the petroll has air After informing the staff, who was very respectful, the put owneron the phone, but he denied and was not believe However, we can say that this place sells both gas stations and air.The customer does not feel that they arepay 50p or more for every £20

Shocking Covid safety. Two salesmen stood right next to the only entrance and exit, collaring customers as they leave trying to sell them Shell energy. Subsequently causing a back up of customers trying to leave this small shop.Do not come here if you are trying to maintain social distancing.

This Shell petrol station has the only ATM in the area therefore I'm giving it 5* because this is an important service for the local community. Premises are clean and the petrol station or the shop are never too busy

Large open Shell garage on the upper side of Leeds on the ring road. Very close to Horsforth and easily accessible from the main road.The shop is open and airey and contains some more range than normal smaller Shell garages. Unfortunately, as per usual, Shell's pricing in their shop is far higher than encountered elsewhere. Also the pumps are close together, despite the room and as people often don't park tight enough, 1 car can sometimes block the opposing pair of pumps

This place gets way too busy sometimes. Tip for diesel drivers - use pump number 1 at the edge of the forecourt it's often available when the others aren't.

The air and water machine doesn't work and is a scam just to get people's £1. Then the workers say that they will come and help you then they never turn up and just say you don't know how to use it and blames everyone that its your problem not ours
