After owning three e bikes, I had decided I was ready for a step through bike. Online research had pointed to the R&M Homage or Nevo. Both are expensive bikes and I had to get it right. I was pleased to find that Chris had a dealership just over the river in Cornwall. I gave him a call and we had a good discussion about the merits of the bikes and he arranged for me to see examples of both and try them out. He brought the bikes out to me in a hilly area where I tend to ride and I was able to evaluate the handling and in particular the gearing. We had a review of what I’d found and Chris went away to draw up some options and deals involving px for my Cube.Chris was quick responding and very helpful throughout, presenting me with the information on alternatives rather than pushing one product. I decided on a Homage (very comfortable and excellent range rohloff hub) which was delivered much more quickly than expected.Very happy with my choice also with the continued prompt support after purchase. Recently I have become the very proud owner of this lovely Moustache samedi 27.I couldn’t be happier with this bike, it’s my second e bike ( both bought from Chris).I went to see Chris at Fully charged and explained what I was looking for, the next day he dropped 2 bikes off to me and I was able to try them out for most of the day. Once I’d made a decision, the bike was ordered and arrived within 48 hrs, Chris delivered it to me, went though setting it up etc.What I particularly like is the battery is in the bike frame in front of me, my last bike had the battery on the back and I found the weight distribution awkward. The controls are simple to use, the bike is very comfortable and most importantly i love the colour.

Chris was extremely helpful when deciding on a cargo bike for my family. I'm the end we went with a Riese and Muller Multitinker over the Tern GSD I was thinking about, and Chris really helped with the decision making with no pressure selling. We bought our cargo bikes from Chris.... The opportunity to test ride these bikes for a week allowed us to see how we would use them. Everything was delivered to our door and the ordering process was smooth and easy! If looking to purchase an EBike definitely give the R&M bikes a trial!

I have just bought this Riese & Muller Roadster from Chris at Fully Charged Cornwall and am so pleased with the bike and the service I received. Excellent quality and service.I bought two Reiss Müller Nevo eBikes, for myself and my partner. We had been researching and trying different makes for 2 years. None had convinced us fully to make the switch to eBikes until we tried the RM Nevo. We both knew and immediately agreed it was the bike for us. We do a lot of miles on our bikes, I am quite heavy and we often carry heavy panniers, so we needed a bike that was powerful enough with a long range even riding on the Cornish hills. The Nevo has exceeded our expectations. Even on the hilliest rides I have been able to get more than 100 miles from one charge. The Kiox ‘computer’ provides excellent information while riding and through the app afterwards. It also provides extra security for the bike.Secondly the service has been second to none. Chris made sure we were choosing the right bike for our needs. When he delivered them he bought along five other bikes for some of our friends to try and spent hours with us. While test riding the other eBikes, Chris set our bikes up to suit each of us. He has been in regular contact since then to check how we are getting on with our Nevos. It doesn’t get better than this.PS. In the first two weeks we have ridden nearly 300 miles including the biggest hills in North Cornwall, thoroughly enjoying every minute.
