Thank you so much for getting new a fridge freezer to me within 18 hours of the old one packing in! The delivery lads did well to battle the pouring rain, install it and take the old one away. I'm really happy with all three appliances and service I've had from Penningtons Retford to date.

Excellent service, we recently bought a chest freezer from them. It was on a discounted price and free delivery a few days later. The big electrical dealers we're a bit cheaper but couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas.

9:30 I called to report problem with washing machine. 11:00 Team arrived and quickly saw that it was old and beyond repair. Arranged purchase of a new machine at competitive price. 12:30 New machine installed and old one removed. Absolutely brilliant service from the two polite and professional guys. Five stars not enough!!

Called into the shop at 10a/m today, chose and paid for a chest freezer, as ours had stopped working and was full of food, delivered , plugged in and working by 2p/m. Fantastic service and equal on price to most on line suppliers.Highly recommend this company for fast efficient service and price.

This shop gave me superb customer service .I was very unsure about the washing machine I wished to purchase.I eventually found the one that fitted my kitchen and Iam very pleased with my purchase. It was fitted by Chris and Bart who were efficient and very patient I would recommend this shop and also help support local businesses .
