Doggie Day Care Dalry

Please read. My dog would leave this place with cuts, scrapes, dying for a drink and so dirty (not just usual dog dirty, covered in sticky wet substances). Every time you went, there were usually new staff so you could be handing your dog over to anyone. After using the facilities for months, they still never knew my dogs name despite using the day care for most of the week. Consistently saw pictures of other dogs on their Facebook but rarely saw any of my dog. Judging by how desperate my dog was to leave and have water, and the scrapes and cuts he had, it is clear this establishment care more about money than they do animal welfare. They take on far too many dogs and don’t have enough staff or skill to look after them. You will be told that your dog is taken into several different areas of the facility - the kennels, the patches for play, the orchard, the stables etc but I’d be willing to bet my dog was kept in a kennel for most of the day and I would be shocked if my dog was let out at all. Please do not trust the good reviews for this day care - spend a little bit extra and go elsewhere, so you can make sure your dog is treated well.

We bring the dog here weekly to the off leash play park. It really is great!

Enquired about our dog staying while we are on holiday the first reply was no we only offer boarding to our regulars that come to daycare can't help .then the owner sends message yes she has spaces for boarding and said we could come and look round with our dog tried to arrange this but everyday and time was oh no can't do that time I realised this wasn't the owner and phoned her mobile left a message and she got back to me 2 weeks later which was absolutely ridiculous that it took 2 weeks to contact me buy this time we had found another place not good customer service let's hope all there regulars continue to use them because they are not interested in new customers.

I use doggy day care for Fergus, my wee puppy. He goes for half and full days and absolutely loves it! He is so loved and looked after and comes home shattered, getting a good rest. We also use the open play area and it's great for training Fergus and embedding techniques we learn at puppy school. Love it and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable environment for their pups.

We have a very nervous rescue dog who before he stated spending his time with Connie and the girls was afraid of the world. He has been spending at least 4 days a week for the past 4 months in Doggie Day Care and the changes are amazing. Socialising with the other dogs and the care and attention given by the staff is breath taking. Highly recommend Doggie Day Care to everyone.

Doggie Day Care is a fabulous place where you can leave your four legged best friend and know he or she’s going to have the best of care, plenty of exercise and supervised socialisation with compatible friends. My 2 girls love it there and always come home tired and content.

What a wonderful place for your dog. The staff are amazing; lovely to talk to, very professional and of course great with dogs! They look after my dachshund like she was their own. I can’t praise them enough. This is the best kennel I have EVER come across.

Been taking our daschshund here for the past few years and they are superb. Lots of open space for dogs to run and very friendly staff
